In my own perspective, cellphone is helpful but too much use of such is dangerous too, especially in terms of health. Too much of everything is no good. Cellphone help us communicate those loved ones and friends from afar. Through cellphone we can now use the internet and enjoy its purpose like social media and all. Those that kept us updated and on trend. But too much exposure to phone radiation is harmful to our health too.

Whether to get vaccinated or not, the government or anyone cannot force anybody to get inoculated against their will. But we are in a pandemic, we somehow has social responsibility. True that usual reason why people tend to refuse COVID-19 because of the fear for the possible side effects. But we are in a generation where informations are easily accessible. If we are afraid for possible side effects of the vaccine we should do our research but because of “fake news” and misinformation we need to validate that the source is valid and legit.

MemberOctober 3, 2021 at 11:27 pm in reply to: Duterte says vaccine refusers in the Philippines should be detained at home.Agree. Most of Health departments in the country focused with the vaccination roll out, but I didn’t heard about health sectors conducting education/information dissemination/focus group discussion with the community regarding the benefits and side effects of COVID-19 vaccines. Though some agencies does, like in our agency, as someone belong to the health service we’ve been conducting lectures regarding this to our personnel who have been refusing to get inoculated. But some, even given enough informations, still refused because of own beliefs, like religious beliefs.

But the President of the country is not exempted in respecting the rights of his people. That’s what our constitution for.
I’m pro vaccination though.

MemberOctober 3, 2021 at 7:58 pm in reply to: Duterte says vaccine refusers in the Philippines should be detained at home. That’s unconstitutional which means illegal. And detaining someone at home even for the very best intention by the President or by anybody is not allowed and illegal.
