Help Desk Explained
The Help Desk is a support ticket system for members to contact support just like taking a number and waiting your turn for an appointment etc.. When a member submits a blog, questions, comments etc., your Help Desk submitted issue automatically generates a support ticket number that is assigned to your case / issue (for example 0001) of concern. The support staff will received a copy of that ticket with your case / issue assigned number of your ticket. The Help Desk has three elements:
1. Help Desk – For members to submit question, comments blogs etc.
2. My Help Desk Support Ticket – This is the page where members can check the status of their support ticket to se if there is a response from a support staff member.3. Help Desk Manager: Review All My Support Tickets – this is the page where members can review all tickets I(multiple active tickets) created.
