HILGARTWILSON via Beazer Home Builders
Note: It was reported by a representative of Beazer Homes that HILGARTWILSON was tasked with the paving or cement patch work required in some residential zones of the Zanjero Community located in Surprise, Arizona.
The following are some examples of the work that was competed in from of a residencial driveway in the public area of concern:
They even left a parting gift of wet cement residue for my wife and I to clean up ourselves:
We have reached out to HILGARTWILSON with the following concerns in our PROVIDED comments as follows:
“Within the past two weeks , there was some concreate work performed in the public area in front of my Driveway located at ADDRESS REMOVED. According to a Beazer Home Representative the worked was beloved to be initiated by HILLGARDWILSON, the work in question (in my opinion) is unacceptable).
The workers who completed said task left the area in front of my driveway fifthly with wet concreate residue overflowing outside of the patched area that they were working on. They also left a trail of some type of residue that appears to resemble paint spills. They cleaned a white person’s area across the street that had similar cement patch work completed on a much small scale (about one foot in comparison to around three or four feet on my side of the street.
The working actually cleaned the one foot area on the neighboring side (The neighbor / Home Occupant appears to be a white or very light skinned person) with an extremely large broom, then came back across the street and packed up the broom without event trying to clean up the mess they made on the Black American/Homeowner’s side. My wife and I (witness by a neighbor) had to clean up the mess before the wet cement that was spread all over nonapplicable areas would dry. Just because I am a Black American, It is my opinion my wife and I should not be treated in this way. Black Lives Matter.
Thank you.”

We note that a company can not be totally responsible for the prejudice that some of their employees may practice out of their sight while in the construction field; we hope that when brought to their attention they take steps to rectify such prejudice acts if confirmed to be true.
We reached out to a Beazer Home Builder Representative and the response that we received was that that he believes that the Concreate construction in question was HILGARDWILSON.
We tend to believe that the Beazer representative facts were correct since he has demonstrated that he has direct communication with HILGARTWILSON to install missing protective cones in front of the wet cement patch job,
Thus, we have listed HILGARTWILSON as the Beazer contractor that competed the cement patch job that we are referring to in this article.
